Standbys

TVRS can provide stand-by Emergency Medical Services for large public events.  School and community athletic events and festivals and concerts are examples of the large public events that require our stand-by services.

In addition, TVRS may provide an ambulance for schools and day-care centers who wish to educate their students on the basics of pre-hospital emergency care. We refer to these events as “Touch-A-Truck” visits.

If you’d like to inquire about having TVRS provide stand-by services, please click HERE to contact us.  We request a minimum of 1-2 weeks lead time for stand-by events so that we can work with our volunteers on scheduling. 

While we rely heavily on donations for our community services, TVRS does not offer contract or paid EMS stand-by services.
